Welcome to our website. By booking or using our house shifting, office relocation, furniture transport, packing, loading, unloading, or transport services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
By confirming a booking with us, you agree to our service terms, pricing, and policies mentioned here. These terms apply to all services provided by our company.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Service dates and times are subject to availability. Any changes must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on the information provided by the customer (location, items, distance, services required).
Any additional services or changes may result in extra charges.
All prices are transparent with no hidden charges unless additional work is requested.
Full payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure correct details are provided regarding items, pickup, and delivery locations.
All personal and valuable items (cash, jewelry, documents) should be kept by the customer and not packed with household goods.
The customer is responsible for arranging parking permissions, building access, and elevator bookings if required.
5. Packing & Handling
While we take all reasonable care during packing, loading, transportation, and unloading, we are not responsible for damage caused by poor-quality items, pre-existing damage, or items packed by the customer.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Damage & Claims
Any damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Claims reported later may not be accepted. Compensation, if applicable, will be assessed fairly based on the situation.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations may incur full or partial charges.
9. Insurance
Basic handling care is included in our service. Insurance coverage, if required, must be discussed and arranged separately before the move.
10. Service Area
Our services are available in Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Qatif, and across Saudi Arabia. Long-distance moves are subject to separate terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
