1. Service Nature

Our services include house shifting, office relocation, furniture transport, packing, loading, unloading, and transportation services. As these are service-based offerings, returns of services are not applicable once the service has been completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If a booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the work already planned.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

• Same-day cancellations may result in no refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Service was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period

• Service could not be delivered due to our fault

• Payment was made in advance and the service was not provided

Refunds are not applicable if:

• The service has already been completed

• Delays occur due to traffic, weather, or factors beyond our control

• Incorrect information was provided by the customer (address, items, timing)

4. Damage Claims

If any damage occurs during the move, it must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Refunds or compensation, if applicable, will be reviewed fairly based on the situation and service agreement.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method

• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

6. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges may be non-refundable, including:

• Last-minute cancellations

• Additional services requested during the move

• Services partially completed at the time of cancellation
